IAMC (www.iamc.org) - IAMC is the leading association of industrial asset management and corporate real estate executives, their suppliers and service providers, and economic developers. IAMC focuses on executive-level individuals with real estate and other corporate asset management responsibilities. IAMC’s regular magazine - Site Selection – also highlights location and business strategy issues.

 

Area Development Magazine (www.areadevelopment.com) - Founded in 1965, Area Development magazine is considered one of the leading executive magazines covering corporate site selection and relocation. Editorial coverage provides valuable information pertinent to the factors, key issues, and criteria that affect a successful decision.  Area Development is published bi-monthly and has more than 45,000 executive subscribers.  The group also coordinates a series of Consultants Roundtables that allow economic development officials to gain direct insight from site selection professionals.

       
 

IEDC (www.iedconline.org) - The International Economic Development Council (IEDC) is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to helping economic developers do their job more effectively and raising the profile of the profession. When we succeed, our members create more high-quality jobs, develop more vibrant communities, and generally improve the quality of life in their regions.

 

Cargo Business News ( www.cargobusinessnews.com) - Part of the Northwest Publishing Center group, Cargo Business News began in 1922 when Jackson Corbett Jr. published the first issue of Marine Digest out of the old Grand Trunk Railroad Dock on the Seattle waterfront.  Eighty-eight years later this magazine is still thriving. The magazine and regular conferences provide insight on how the changing world of logistics and transportation impact global business.

       
 

CoreNet Global (www.corenetglobal.org) - Representing 6,500 members based in 45 chapters in major cities globally, CoreNet Global is the preeminent organization for Real Estate and Workplace professionals worldwide. The association bridges the supply and demand sides of real estate, including the corporate occupier or end user, outsourced service partner, and economic development sectors.

 

MassEcon (www.massecon.com) - In 1993, recognizing the need for a private-public partnership to promote Massachusetts as a place to do business the Massachusetts Office of Business Development helped to  found the Massachusetts Alliance for Economic Development (MassEcon). The founding members have since been joined by firms in law, architecture, construction, finance, and other industries. While services and membership have expanded, the overriding objective of MassEcon remains to encourage the expansion and retention of business within the Commonwealth.
